I've been working on one of my other blogs regarding some new stuff I've been trying out and working with in practice. This relates to the need to get up on the toes when bowling and twisting the foot (Driven by the hips) through the rotation. This helps with getting additional height (bounce) and also increases spin and drift. Have a look.
